Novice Tier

DID YOU KNOW?: That the US Department of Health and Human Services recommends that adults between the ages of 18-64 get a minimum of: 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week.  

This TTG workout plan is designed to introduce you to the basics of exercise in order to help you meet national standards for proper health and physical fitness.

Basic Training - Novice Workout Routine

  • Commitment of 3 Days/Week: Push, Pull, Core Workouts
    • 50 mins each
      • 10 minutes of moderate cardio exercise
      • 40 minutes of muscle building exercises
        • 5 exercises @ approximately 7 mins/ea.
      • 5 minutes of cool-down exercise

    Workout Day #1

    • Cardiovascular exercises include: jogging, bicycling, lap-swimming, elliptical, stair-climber.

    • Cardiovascular exercises include: jogging, bicycling, lap-swimming, elliptical, stair-climber.
